These booking terms explain how Umrah enquiries, quotations, deposits, supplier confirmations, amendments, and cancellations are handled.

Quotation

Before a Booking is Confirmed

A website enquiry does not by itself confirm travel arrangements. Your booking is treated as confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.

  • Passenger names must match travel documents.
  • Hotels, flight options, and transfers are subject to availability.
  • Quoted prices can change before confirmation where suppliers update fares or rooms.
Payments

Deposits and Balances

Payment schedules depend on supplier terms, travel date, and package type. We will tell you the deposit, balance due date, and payment method before confirmation.

  • Missed payment deadlines may affect availability or booking status.
  • Card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods may have different processing times.
  • Receipts and invoices should be checked by the customer as soon as they are received.
Changes

Amendments and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may incur supplier charges, fare differences, administrative fees, or non-refundable costs, especially during busy Umrah and Ramadan periods.

  • Tell us as soon as possible if any passenger detail changes.
  • Visa, airline, hotel, and transfer rules may be separate from our own administration.
  • Refunds, where applicable, depend on supplier approval and processing times.
